Picture Pursuit: Mickey is the second photo scavenger hunt in Disney Dreamlight Valley’s limited-time Picture Pursuit event. The search area is smaller than Merlin’s Dream Castle challenge, but the hidden designs can be difficult to notice among the colorful furniture.
You must photograph four separate motifs before returning to Mickey and collecting the quest reward.
How to Complete Picture Pursuit: Mickey
To complete Picture Pursuit: Mickey, photograph two Pete Motifs inside Mickey’s House and two more inside Goofy’s House.
The four Pete Motifs are found in these spots:
- On the side of Mickey’s refrigerator
- On Mickey’s bed cover
- On Goofy’s bed cover
- On the middle cushion of Goofy’s couch
Take a separate picture of each symbol with your Royal Phone. Once all four photos register, return to Mickey to finish the quest.
First Pete Motif Location
Enter Mickey’s House and look toward the refrigerator.
The first Pete Motif is printed on the side of the fridge. Depending on your camera angle, you may need to move deeper into the room and turn back toward it before the entire symbol becomes visible.
Equip your Royal Phone and center the motif in the picture. Check the quest tracker after taking the photo to make sure it counted.
Second Pete Motif Location
The second Pete Motif is also inside Mickey’s House.
Walk toward Mickey’s bed and inspect the bed cover. The Pete design is printed directly on the fabric rather than placed on a nearby wall.
Stand far enough away to fit the symbol inside the camera frame. Once the objective updates, you can leave Mickey’s House and continue to Goofy’s home.
Third Pete Motif Location
Enter Goofy’s House and find his bed.
The third Pete Motif is printed on Goofy’s bed cover. It is similar to the symbol hidden on Mickey’s bed, so inspect the bedding rather than searching behind the furniture.
Take a clear picture of the design before moving to the final location.
Fourth Pete Motif Location
The final Pete Motif is on Goofy’s couch.
Look at the middle seat cushion and position your character so the design is visible. The symbol may be partly hidden by the angle of the couch, so move around the room until you can photograph it from the front.
After the fourth photo registers, the quest tracker should tell you to return to Mickey.
Picture Pursuit: Mickey Reward
Return to Mickey after photographing all four Pete Motifs. Completing the conversation finishes Picture Pursuit: Mickey and rewards you with the Pete Motif.
The quest also counts toward the Picture Pursuit event duty. You must complete five of the seven available Picture Pursuit quests to unlock the Pure Cinema Photo Frame.
The event runs through July 28, 2026. A new character quest becomes available each day during the opening portion of the event, so continue checking your Valley for the next scavenger hunt.
