After preparing the Tummy Tonic, give it to Winnie the Pooh to continue the quest.
Where to Find the Tummy Tonic Ingredients
You do not need to leave the Everoak Tree or gather ingredients from your own storage. The quest provides everything beside the cooking station.
Walk over to the ingredient table and collect:
- Jasmine Tea Leaves
- Mint
- Ginger
The nearby recipe book gives you the clue to combine two seasonings with tea while avoiding anything too sweet or spicy. Ginger and Mint fill the seasoning requirement, while Jasmine Tea Leaves provide the tea.

Preparing the tonic helps Pooh feel better and unlocks the final part of his memory. You can then continue searching the tree for the missing Sun-Glow Honey.
Can You Make Tummy Tonic Again?
Tummy Tonic is a quest item rather than a standard meal. It is only needed during The Misplaced Honey and does not function like the regular appetizers, entrées, or desserts in your Meals Collection.
The ingredients placed on the table are also tied to this quest step. Once you have prepared the tonic and given it to Pooh, there is no reason to make another serving.
What to Do if Jasmine Tea Leaves Are Missing
Jasmine Tea Leaves are supplied specifically for this quest. They are not an ingredient you need to grow, purchase, or collect elsewhere in Honeyglow Woods.
If they do not appear in your cooking inventory, return to the table beside the cooking station and make sure you collected every available ingredient. The tea leaves should transfer to your inventory after you interact with them.
You can also check the Quest Items section of your inventory. Restarting the game may help if you collected the ingredients but one does not appear at the cooking station.
