How to Make Brunchfast in Dreamlight Valley

Pooh’s delicious meal combines ingredients from Honeyglow Woods with two staples from Chez Remy.

Brunchfast in Dreamlight Valley is a four-star dessert added with the Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack. Despite its breakfast-inspired name, the meal appears in the dessert section of the Honeyglow Woods Meals Collection.

You may also need to prepare it when it appears as one of Winnie the Pooh’s favorite daily gifts.

To make Brunchfast in Disney Dreamlight Valley, combine these four ingredients at any cooking station:

  • Sweet Jelly
  • Butter
  • Egg
  • Any Fruit

You will also need one Coal Ore to cook the meal. Brunchfast will be added to your Honeyglow Woods Meals Collection after you prepare it for the first time.

An Apple or Raspberry is an easy choice for the flexible fruit slot. You can also use a fruit gathered in Honeyglow Woods, such as Sweet Chestnut or Juniper Berry.

Where to Get Sweet Jelly

Sweet Jelly is caught from blue fishing ripples throughout Honeyglow Woods. Equip your Royal Fishing Rod and check the ponds and rivers around each unlocked area until you find a blue circle.

Despite the name, Sweet Jelly is classified as a fish rather than a sweet ingredient. Bring a villager assigned to the Fishing role for a chance to receive an extra one after a successful catch.

If blue ripples are not appearing, clear the existing white and orange fishing spots. New ripples will gradually spawn after the old ones are removed.

Where to Get Butter and Eggs

Butter and Eggs can both be purchased from the pantry inside Chez Remy.

You must first unlock Remy from the Ratatouille Realm and complete the quests needed to open his restaurant. Once Chez Remy is available, enter the restaurant and interact with the ingredient display behind the cooking area.

Butter costs 190 Star Coins, while Eggs cost 220 Star Coins. You only need one of each to make Brunchfast.

Honeyglow Woods also has a portal that leads directly to Chez Remy once you restore it, making it easier to grab both ingredients without returning through the gateway.

Which Fruit Should You Use?

Juniper Berries grow on bushes in Gloommeadow and Braveheart Grove in Honeyglow Woods. Each bush provides several berries and will produce more after its respawn timer finishes.

Juniper Berries fill the fruit slot in the Brunchfast recipe, so you can use one along with Sweet Jelly, Butter, and Egg. This also keeps the recipe focused on ingredients found in Honeyglow Woods rather than sending you back to the main Valley for an Apple or Raspberry.

You can move Juniper Berry bushes closer to your house through Furniture Mode to make future harvesting easier.

How to Give Brunchfast to Pooh

Brunchfast can appear as one of Winnie the Pooh’s three favorite daily gifts. Talk to Pooh and select the option to give him a gift, then check the list displayed on the right side of the screen.

If Brunchfast appears there, prepare one and give it to him for an increased Friendship reward. Pooh’s favorite gifts change each day, so Brunchfast will not remain on the list permanently.

You can still give the meal to Pooh when it is not listed, but it will provide less Friendship progress than a current favorite gift.

Catch Sweet Jelly from a blue Honeyglow Woods ripple, purchase Butter and Eggs from Chez Remy, and add any fruit to complete Brunchfast.
