The Forza Horizon 6 Shimanoyama Treasure Hunt for British Automotive Winter is in the southern part of the region, beside the dirt road near Lake View Speed Trap and Taiyaki Scramble. Drive into the chest to complete the challenge. The current Festival Playlist runs from Sept. 24 through Oct. 1, 2026.
Where to Find the Shimanoyama Region Treasure Chest
Open the World Map and move northwest from Tokyo City into southern Shimanoyama. Find the Lake View Speed Trap first, then look for the nearby Taiyaki Scramble Dirt Race. These markers narrow the search to the road you need without making you compare one snowy hillside with another.
Follow the dirt road near the speed trap and check the ground beside it. The chest is in the open along this route, so you can collect it without starting either event.
- Find the Taiyaki Scramble Dirt Race marker in southern Shimanoyama.
- Take the entrance just south of the race onto the orange dirt road above Izu Skyline.
- Travel a short distance down the road and look to your right for the chest as the road curves.
If you reach the broader network of roads near Horizon Stadium, return to the southern section marked by those two events. The photo clue points to the landscape, but the event markers give you a more reliable way to find the right stretch of road.
Rewards and Deadline
Breaking the Forza Horizon 6 Shimanoyama Region Treasure chest awards 100,000 Credits and three Winter Season Points. Those points count toward the 2006 Vauxhall Astra VXR at 20 points and the 2016 Bentley Bentayga at 40 points. Complete the hunt before the playlist changes on Oct. 1.
