The 1970 Citroën 2CV is the latest Treasure Car to join Forza Horizon 6, arriving with the October 2026 Horizon Meets update.
Like the other Treasure Cars scattered across Japan, this classic French vehicle isn’t waiting at a dealership. Instead, players must use an in-game photo clue to track down its hiding spot.
Here’s where to find the Citroën 2CV and how to add it to your garage.
Where is the Citroën 2CV Treasure Car?
Start by opening your map and locating the Shirakawa-go landmark in northeastern Minamino.
From there, look northeast for a winding dirt road marked by a red dotted line on the map. The road runs through the hills west of the river, overlooking the surrounding water and bridges.
Follow this road until you reach a small parking area along the hillside. The 1970 Citroën 2CV is parked toward the back of the area, away from the main road.
If you’re having trouble finding the right spot, look for the nearby Irabuohashi Bridge and compare the view of the water with the game’s photo clue. These landmarks should help you narrow down the location without needing to discover the Shirakawa Curves Drift Zone first.
How to Unlock the 1970 Citroën 2CV
Collecting the Citroën works like the other Treasure Cars in Forza Horizon 6. You don’t need to purchase it or complete a racing event beforehand.
Follow these steps:
- Find Shirakawa-go in northern Minamino.
- Look northeast (up and right) of the village.
- Find the red dotted dirt road winding through the hills west of the river.
- Follow that road to a small turnout overlooking the water and Irabuohashi Bridge.
- The Citroën is parked toward the back of that turnout.
Once the discovery sequence finishes, you can choose to drive the vehicle or send it to your garage.
How Many Treasure Cars Are in Forza Horizon 6?
There are now 10 Treasure Cars in Forza Horizon 6.
The game originally launched with nine hidden vehicles across Japan. The Citroën 2CV became the tenth when Playground Games released Horizon Meets.
However, the Treasure Hunter achievement still requires discovering and claiming nine Treasure Cars, according to the game’s official achievement list.
