The Tokyo City Region Treasure Hunt in Forza Horizon 6 returns during the Horizon Mascot Party Spring Festival Playlist. However, this is not the same treasure location used during the earlier Spring season.
The current challenge once again gives you the simple clue, “Follow the Photo Clue to Discover the Treasure!” That means there is no Skill challenge, required vehicle, or race to complete before the chest appears.
You only need to identify the correct part of Tokyo City and smash the Treasure Chest before the Spring season ends.
Where to Find the Tokyo City Region Treasure Hunt in FH6
The Treasure Chest is in a small parking area just west of the Tokyo City Food Delivery job.
Open your World Map and head into Tokyo City. Find the Tokyo City Food Delivery job icon, then look immediately west of it.
You should see a cyan marked route running through the nearby streets. Follow that route until you reach a small parking area where several roads meet. The Treasure Chest is sitting there in the open.
To reach it:
- Open the Festival Playlist and select the Tokyo City Region Treasure Hunt.
- Travel to Tokyo City.
- Find the Tokyo City Food Delivery job on the map.
- Look just west of the job icon for the cyan route.
- Follow the route to the nearby small 24-hour parking area.
- Drive into the Treasure Chest to smash it.
There is no specific vehicle requirement, so you can complete the Treasure Hunt with whatever car you are already driving.
This is Not the Old Tokyo City Treasure Location
Forza Horizon 6 previously used the Tokyo City Region name for a Treasure Hunt earlier in the year.
That version sent players to the Tokyo City docks and required climbing warehouse ramps to reach an elevated chest. The Horizon Mascot Party Spring version uses an entirely different location.
For the challenge running during Series 4 Spring, stay near the Tokyo City Food Delivery job instead of heading to the docks.
That distinction is worth remembering if you find an older guide or video while searching for the chest.

Smashing the Treasure Chest gives you three Festival Playlist points and 100,000 Credits.
