Sweet Acorn Porridge in Dreamlight Valley is a three-star appetizer added with the Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack. Two parts of the recipe are flexible, but the final ingredient must come from fishing in the new area.

Sweet Acorn Porridge Recipe in Dreamlight Valley
To make Sweet Acorn Porridge, combine these three ingredients at any cooking station:
- Acorn Snail
- Any Fruit
- Any Grain
You will also need one Coal Ore to cook the meal. After preparing it for the first time, Sweet Acorn Porridge will be added to the Honeyglow Woods section of your Meals Collection.
Sweet Chestnut and Wheat are an easy combination for the flexible slots. Sweet Chestnuts grow throughout Honeyglow Woods, while Wheat is inexpensive and grows quickly.
How to Get an Acorn Snail
Acorn Snails are caught from white fishing ripples throughout Honeyglow Woods. Equip your Royal Fishing Rod, look for a white circle, and cast directly into it.
White ripples are common, but they can produce other catches. Clear the existing fishing spots and continue checking the water until you catch an Acorn Snail.
Bring a villager assigned to the Fishing role for a chance to receive an extra one. Acorn Snails are also used for crafting Door Grease during the Honeyglow Woods story, so keeping a few in storage can save another fishing trip.

Which Fruit Should You Use?
Sweet Chestnut is the most convenient Honeyglow Woods option. The fruit grows on trees throughout the new area, including Drowsybloom Acre.
Juniper Berry also works and can be collected from bushes in Gloommeadow and Braveheart Grove. You can use a common base-game fruit such as Apple or Raspberry if you already have one in storage.
Only use one fruit. Adding several optional ingredients can change the meal or waste resources.
Which Grain Should You Use?
Wheat is the easiest grain to use for Sweet Acorn Porridge. You can buy Wheat Seeds from the Hunny Stall in Honeyglow Woods, making it convenient to collect while gathering the other recipe ingredients.
Wheat grows quickly and works well with an Acorn Snail and Sweet Chestnut. You can use another ingredient from the Grains category, but Wheat is the simplest option.
