The Under the Sea Skill appears in the current Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist through the Manta Ray daily challenge. Players must earn four of these Skills while driving the 1984 Opel Manta 400, but the challenge does not clearly explain where to go.
Where to Get the Under the Sea Skill
Travel to the seaweed farm on Ito’s eastern coastline and drive through the wooden seaweed structures in the shallow water.
The easiest way to find the farm is by looking for the small upside-down T-shaped harbor northwest of Legend Island.
Open the map, move east from Tokyo City into Ito, and follow the eastern coastline. Set a waypoint on the short pier at the T-shaped harbor. When you arrive, look for a dock and wrecked boat beside the beach.
Drive past the dock and enter the shallow water. The seaweed farm consists of organized rows of wooden poles, ropes, and dark seaweed material. Build a little speed and smash through a complete row to trigger the Under the Sea Skill.
For the Manta Ray challenge, make sure you are driving the 1984 Opel Manta 400. Continue through separate, untouched rows until all four Skills register.
You can complete the entire challenge during one visit. No particular tune, car class, or upgrade is required.
What to Do if the Skill Does Not Register
Make sure you are hitting the seaweed structures rather than the dock, boats, fences, or other debris along the beach.
If a row does not trigger the Skill, move farther into the farm and target a section that has not already been destroyed. Broken structures may need time to reset before they can award another Skill.
You should also confirm that you are using the 1984 Opel Manta 400. Other vehicles may earn the general Under the Sea Skill, but they will not advance the Manta Ray daily challenge.
Completing Manta Ray rewards 5,000 Credits and adds progress toward the current Festival Playlist.
