Who Voices Marcus Fenix in Gears of War: E-Day?

John DiMaggio voices Marcus Fenix in Gears of War: E-Day.
DiMaggio has played Marcus since the original Gears of War, so E-Day keeps the character’s familiar voice even though this version of Marcus is much younger. Xbox specifically confirmed that both DiMaggio and Carlos Ferro returned for the prequel.
That continuity matters here more than it would in a completely new story. E-Day takes place before Marcus becomes the hardened soldier players know from the original trilogy, but his voice still immediately connects the character to those later games.
Who Voices Dominic Santiago?

Carlos Ferro returns as Dominic Santiago, continuing the role he has played since the original Gears of War.
Like Marcus, Dom is younger in E-Day, but keeping Ferro in the role helps preserve the relationship between the two characters. The game focuses heavily on the early days of their partnership, so replacing either voice would have been a pretty noticeable bit of chainsaw surgery.
Who Voices Mags Carter?

Elizabeth Faith Ludlow voices Mags Carter, one of E-Day’s two new playable Bravo Squad members.
Mags is a former Gear who had returned to civilian life before Emergence Day dragged her back into combat. Xbox introduced her as a Pendulum Wars veteran working at Kalona’s Imulsion Refinery when the Locust attack begins.
Ludlow may also sound familiar from her screen work. Her credits include Arat in The Walking Dead, First Lieutenant Griffin in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, and an appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
Who Voices Lucas Reyes?

Jake Ryan Lozano voices Lucas Reyes, the youngest and least battle-tested member of Bravo Squad.
Lucas is a communications officer who never reached the front lines during the Pendulum Wars. That makes E-Day his first real experience of full-scale combat, giving him a very different perspective from Marcus, Dom, and Mags.
Xbox confirmed Lozano alongside the other three main campaign performers when it introduced Bravo Squad.
Who Voices Captain Akila Grey?

Sarah Dawn Pledge voices Captain Akila Grey in Gears of War: E-Day. Grey is one of the COG officers overseeing Bravo Squad’s deployment in Kalona, including the early scene where the squad gives its details and next of kin.
Pledge also performed motion capture for Grey, according to the game’s credited cast listing. That makes her a good character to feature visually because Grey has a clear on-screen role rather than just a few background lines.
