Hunter x Hunter Chapter 412 Spoilers and Full Summary

Hunter x Hunter Chapter 412 reportedly starts around 48 hours before the declaration of Special Martial Law.

The early spoilers focus on Kurapika and Queen Oito. The situation centers on Beyond Netero’s biological children, the curse tied to them, and the need to protect the 14th Prince from a threat that may activate instantly.

Oito insists she has no relationship with Beyond. She is willing to prove her innocence, even if Kurapika has to use his chains. Kurapika does not treat her like a suspect, though. Instead, he keeps questioning the details around Woble, Oito, and Shimano.

One of the chapter’s stranger moments comes from a pronunciation issue. Shimano corrects how her name has been said, and the conversation turns to the Kakin language. The spoilers explain that certain sounds carry gendered meaning in Kakin speech, and this detail becomes important.

Kurapika notices that Oito has been using specific words in a way that lets her tell the truth while still hiding the full situation. That matters because Kurapika’s chain ability can test lies, but it may not expose a carefully worded truth.

The questioning leads to the biggest twist of the chapter: the child with Oito is reportedly not her biological daughter.

According to the spoilers, Oito reveals that the child is her sister’s son. Her real daughter is with that sister, though Oito says she does not know their location. The child who placed a hand into the urn was Oito’s daughter, but the child who later switched in and joined the ceremony was her sister’s son.

That means the child currently protected as Woble may not have the proper qualification to participate in the Succession War. Oito’s daughter may not qualify either, depending on how the ceremony and the rules apply.

The chapter then makes the situation even messier. Oito’s side appears to announce that the 14th Prince is disqualified from the Succession War, hoping this will lower the danger. However, the move does not work as cleanly as planned.

The private soldiers tied to the 1st and 3rd Princes do not withdraw. Kurapika realizes that enemies may suspect the real heir is still hidden somewhere. Even so, avoiding the 1st Prince’s direct attention counts as a small win.

Kurapika plans to continue the Nen training classes while using his information and abilities to keep fragile alliances alive with the 3rd and 5th Princes.

The Beyond Netero problem remains just as dangerous. The group still needs to identify the biological child targeted by Beyond’s curse and find a way to remove the threat from the 14th Prince’s side. Since they do not know the curse’s exact conditions, the spoilers suggest they may need to confront Beyond directly.

The chapter then shifts to Beyond Netero in custody. A Kakin official visits him, but the guards refuse to leave because they must prevent secret deals with VIP prisoners.

The official brings major legal updates. The V5-related lawsuits against Beyond over the New World Voyage broadcast have been dropped through a plea bargain. Beyond’s own counter-lawsuits were also dismissed. The spoilers mention that Beyond filed more than a thousand of them.

The official also reveals that King Nasubi has already been working on constitutional reforms tied to equality under the law for the royal family and ordinary citizens. Beyond turns the mountain of legal records into something to read while waiting, which annoys the guards.

The chapter ends with Beyond still calm, still dangerous, and still enjoying the chaos around him.

What the Woble Reveal Means

Hunter x Hunter Chapter 412’s biggest twist is the Woble reveal.

If the spoilers are accurate, then Oito’s situation is more complicated than readers thought. She did not simply hide a secret about Beyond. She helped create a child-swap situation that may have kept her real daughter away from the immediate danger around the Succession War.

That does not mean Woble is suddenly irrelevant. It may make the 14th Prince question even more important. If the child with Oito is not the original royal child, then Kurapika needs to learn where Oito’s daughter is and whether the Succession War still recognizes her.

The reveal also raises a dangerous possibility. If enemies figure out that the real child may still exist somewhere else on the Black Whale, the hunt could spread beyond Kurapika’s current room.

What Beyond Netero’s Scene Adds

Beyond’s scene matters because it reminds readers that the Succession War is not only a royal family conflict.

The V5, Kakin, the legal system, the voyage, and Beyond’s hidden children are all tied together. Even when Beyond is locked up, he still sits near the center of the mess.

His legal problems changing does not make him harmless. It may actually free him from one set of restrictions while tightening his connection to Kakin’s secret plans.

Hunter x Hunter Chapter 412 Release Date

Hunter x Hunter Chapter 412 is expected to release officially around Monday, July 6, 2026, based on VIZ’s current countdown.

Release timing can vary by region, so the safest places to check are the official Hunter x Hunter pages on VIZ Shonen Jump and MANGA Plus.

Final Thoughts

Hunter x Hunter Chapter 412 looks like a very Togashi-style return chapter. It does not rely on a huge fight. Instead, it uses language, law, family ties, and hidden technicalities to make the Succession War feel even more unstable.

Kurapika may have solved one part of the Woble mystery, but the answer creates new problems. The real child’s location matters now. Beyond’s curse still matters. The princes’ soldiers are still watching.

If these spoilers hold, Chapter 412 makes the 14th Prince plot much more dangerous heading into Chapter 413.
