If you’re looking for all Fallout 76 Burnt Book Locations for daily and weekly challenges, or you’re trying to reset your item table, hunting down Burnt Books can turn into a pain fast. Summersville is the usual go-to, but on public servers, it’s also the first place most players clear out. This guide to Fallout 76 Burnt Book Locations focuses on dependable alternatives, including a few interiors that are instanced, so you are not racing other Vault Dwellers to every shelf.
Best Burnt Book Farming Locations in Fallout 76
Below are the most consistent places to grab Burnt Books when Summersville is picked clean, plus quick notes on exactly where to look once you arrive.
Here are all Burnt Book locations:
- Brown House At Rapidan Camp (Skyline Valley)
- The best non-Summersville option. Inside the Brown House at Rapidan Camp in the Skyline Valley region, you can grab 26 Burnt Book variations, which is plenty for most daily and weekly requirements.
- Autumn Acres
- Look next to the fireplace. You can pick up six Burnt Books here.
- Charleston Fire Department
- A handy stop if your challenge accepts Burnt Comics too, since those can count toward seasonal objectives.
- Foundation Supply Room
- Head into the interior Supply Room and you’ll find around ten books. Since it’s an instanced interior, this is a great “no competition” choice.
- Haven Church
- Check both sides of the main desk. There are several Burnt Books scattered across the desk area.
- The Refuge
- Expect roughly five books inside. It’s instanced and also free to fast travel to, making it an easy daily stop when you just need a quick handful.
- Riverside Manor
- One of the best bulk farms: you can pull over 70 Burnt Books here. It’s not as well-known as Summersville, so it often remains untouched longer.
- Vault-Tec University
- Head to the Eugene Davidson Lecture Hall on the second floor. You can find all 15 Fallout 76 Burnt Book locations in that room.
- Watoga High School
- Sweep the classrooms. There are lots of books spread throughout the school.
- Whitespring Mall
- Check near the Responders area and the Bookseller vendor for Burnt Books.
- Whitespring Station
- Look outside the station for a stack of Burnt Books.
Quick Tip: If a non-instanced spot is already looted, server hop. If you have access to a private world, these runs get even more consistent.
