What Happened in Fairy Tail Chapter 217?

Lucy, Erza, Gray, Juvia, Sorano, and the other fighters received the magical properties needed to damage dragon enemies.
The spell exhausted Wendy, causing her new form to end. Aldoron survived the transfer of power but was reduced to a tiny plant-like body.
