NBA 2K26 Celebrates All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles

NBA 2K26 brings All-Star Weekend hype to MyCAREER, MyTEAM, and more

NBA All-Star Weekend is kicking off in Los Angeles, and NBA 2K26 is joining the party. 2K is celebrating in-game and around LA with fan activations that mirror the real-life festivities. Players who log in during the weekend will see All-Star themed updates across MyCAREER and MyTEAM, with limited-time rewards tied to the event.

MyCAREER Updates

MyCAREER players have two clear reasons to jump in during the weekend. One adds a new mode twist, and the other speeds up your Rep grind.

  • All-Star Takeover Event: 2K is hosting an All-Star Takeover Event at the Intuit Dome in LA. The event includes a new ruleset that changes how games are played. Players can also test unique maxed-out builds for the first time. That means you can experiment with wild setups without rebuilding your main character.
  • All-Star Wear & Earn in The City: If you want faster progress, suit up in All-Star gear. Wearing NBA All-Star items lets you earn double Rep in The City. It is a simple bonus, but it adds up fast during longer sessions.

MyTEAM Updates

MyTEAM is getting the biggest All-Star push. 2K is dropping a new pack, a Festival event, and a limited-time locker code.

  • All-Star Pack: The All-Star Pack brings a huge drop in players. It includes every participating All-Star, plus All-Star legends. Starters arrive as Dark Matter players. Bench players land as Galaxy Opals. The remaining participants show up as Pink Diamonds.
  • The All-Star Festival: 2K is launching The All-Star Festival alongside the pack drop. The Festival adds three new 100 OVR players. The headliner is 100 OVR Yao Ming for the LNY.
  • All-Star Locker Code: 2K is also releasing a limited-time All-Star Locker Code. It rewards All-Star-themed content tied to the pack drop and the Festival. Grab it quickly once it goes live.
