If you’re planning to squad up with friends in Grounded 2, you’re probably wondering: Is Grounded 2 crossplay? The good news is—yes, it is. Whether you’re playing on Xbox or PC, there are several ways to connect, explore, and survive the oversized chaos of Brookhollow Park together.
Grounded 2 Crossplay Support and Multiplayer Features

Grounded 2 fully supports crossplay multiplayer between Xbox Series X|S and PC, including both Microsoft Store and Steam players. The game is also part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program, which supports cross-saves between Xbox and PC. And if you’re subscribed to Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass, you’ll be able to access Grounded 2 on day one at no extra cost.
A few caveats: Grounded 2 will not support LAN play, and Xbox One is not supported in this sequel—unlike the original game.
