You’ll need to hack four ORC Transmitters in Grounded 2 to complete a story mission. Unfortunately, the quest markers don’t give you exact paths, and it’s easy to get lost, trying to find them. Fortunately, we’ve conquered the puzzles to finding the transmitters and detailed every step so you can reach them without any guesswork. All ORC Transmitter Locations in Grounded 2

The four ORC Transmitter Locations in Grounded 2 are in the Trash Can, Picnic Table, Pine Hill and Ceremony zones.

Trash Can ORC Transmitter Location

Here’s how to get on top of the trash can in Grounded 2:

1. Circle the trash can until you find a long log extending into its side. This is your main way inside.
2. Cross the log and enter the trash can. Turn right and look for a banana that you can climb.
3. At the top of the banana, turn around to find the handle of a plastic silverware piece. Jump across to it and walk to its tip.
4. From the tip, you’ll see a stick suspended in the air. Jump onto it from the silverware and carefully climb upward.
5. Re-enter the trash can and jump onto the crumpled rag.
6. Next, jump to the white takeout container.
7. Climb the container until you spot a rope outside the trash can. Jump onto it and turn right. Follow it to the end, then look up.
8. You’ll see green stickers above. Jump from the rope to the small ledge where the stickers are and then turn left.
9. Move forward to find another piece of plastic silverware that you can climb.
10. At the top, look right. You’ll see the top of the trash can. One final jump stands between you and the summit. Be precise, because you’ll fall all the way down if you miss the jump.

Picnic Table ORC Transmitter Location

Before you begin, bring a regular torch with you. There’s a section of this climb that passes through a chilled environment, and without a heat source, you’ll eventually end up frozen. The torch will keep you warm as you traverse the icy path. If you forget to bring one, but don’t worry because you can eat the Hot Candy found near the Hot Chachas boxes to stay warm. Either way, you’ll still be able to complete the steps below.

Here’s how to get to the top of the Picnic Table:

1. Head to the location marked on your map and look for the Toxic Anthill North Entrance monument. This is the best starting point for your climb.
2. Climb up the picnic tablecloth and cross the plastic fork.
3. Walk past the glass bottle and turn left at the end of the tablecloth.
4. Go under the picnic tablecloth and continue forward.
5. You’ll see a box of Hot Chachas to the left of a lunchbox—climb on top of the Hot Chachas.
6. Jump across to the ledge of the lunchbox and move across it.
7. When the mallet is directly beneath you, drop down onto it.
8. Run across the mallet and then head left toward the giant ice chest.
9. As you approach, you’ll see a hole spilling ice. Equip your torch (or eat Hot Candy) and go inside.
10. Head toward the banana and jump on it.
11. Climb to the right and jump onto the pink popsicle, then turn right.
12. Continue across the popsicle stick and then turn left to climb another popsicle.
13. This final popsicle leads to the exit from the ice chest.
14. Once outside, look across to the picnic tablecloth—the ORC Transmitter is sitting on top.

Pine Hill ORC Transmitter Location

The Pine Hill transmitter is the most difficult to reach. When you get to the map marker, it appears to be high up in an vines covering the metal fence, but don’t worry, there’s a way up.

1. Start by heading to the marked location on the map which leads to a cave entrance.
2. Take a right once you exit the cave.
3. Keeping going right until you find an entrance surrounded by three big mushrooms.
4. Head through that and then take another right, which will lead you to the tree roots
5. Climb up the tree roots to begin your ascent.
6. Keep climbing until you find a Frisbee lodged in the branches.

The transmitter is on the Frisbee, but there’s a challenge: an Orb Weaver blocks the branch leading to it, followed by two ORC Bombardier Beetles guarding the Frisbee itself. Save your game before confronting the bugs. If you’re low on health or not ready for combat, jump off your buggy as the insects begin to aggro. Run to the transmitter, hack it quickly, and then retreat. The bugs won’t follow you far.

Ceremony ORC Transmitter Location in Grounded 2

This one isn’t as vertically intense as Pine Hill but is heavily guarded by bugs.

1. Avoid the Wolf Spider guarding the front of the Ceremony podium by taking the alternate route: an Index Card ramp that leads to a Spider Web ramp.
2. After reaching the second level, head to the far back-right area and climb the pencil.
3. Then, climb on the crumpled rag, onto the cup, then to the ramp on the left side of the magazine.
4. At the top, look right and follow a narrow ledge around to a hole in the wall.

If you’re on a buggy, hop off, because this ledge is tight, and one misstep will send you falling.

4. Exit through the hole, turn left, and then climb along the ledge. Then, jump across three rusty nails, and head straight until a dead end.
5. Turn around and jump to a ledge above you. Go forward to collect some Raw Science, then return and jump across to continue.
6. Keep traversing until you find another hole back into the podium.
7. Before continuing, grab Spicy Candy to unlock the Level 3 Spicy Safety Mutation, which provides Chill Reduction, Freeze Resistance, and Shatter Resistance. This is very help since two ORC Blue Butterflies guard the ORC Transmitter at this location.
   • One candy is on the ground to the left of the boxes.
   • Two more can be found by climbing on top of the red glasses and jumping into the Ashtray.
   • Once you’ve consumed 15 candies and unlocked the mutation you’re ready to proceed.
8. Climb the microphone to the microphone cable and then exit through the hole above.

Combat Tip: As soon as you emerge, two ORC Butterflies will attack. Wait for both to use their freezing attack, then sprint to the far corner of the podium where the ORC Transmitter sits. You don’t need to jump onto the ledge. Instead, simply walk up and interact from below to complete the hack. Once done, retreat back down the microphone cable. The butterflies won’t follow you, giving you a safe place to heal and save.
