You’ll find that Stinkbugs will roam the above zones. I had most luck with finding Stinkbugs in Grounded 2 at the Snackbar Front zone. More specifically, on the northeastern end of the zone where the Grass Games and Ceremony borders met Snackbar Front. Once at this location, go to a high spot and then look for grass to be disturbed.
